BRUTE

I hope you’re enjoying a beautiful summer day, just as I am, as I write this. The sun is shining, the day is warm and bright, the cat asleep on the corner of my desk, and all, for the moment, seems right with the world (yeah, yeah, I know, co-vid, etc.).

Lots of exciting news to share with you all today! First off, thanks for being a fan! We love you and couldn’t be doing all this without you all. Secondly, if the title didn’t already completely give it away… Brute is now available in PRINT to order! ORDER (See pic below)

It’s been a long time coming, but yes, you can finally order a copy of Brute to hold in your very hands and add to your collection. Issue #0 is available to order now and Issue #1 isn’t quite ready, it needs some tweaks, but it’ll be ready within a couple weeks (I’ll let you know!).

For our Canadian friends and fans, I have some bad news/good news. Print copies ship from the US and it’s pretty pricey to have them shipped to Canada (sorry!!!) BUT good news, you can buy them from us direct at FAN EXPO 2021: Limited Edition in Toronto on Oct 22-24. Yes, that’s right! We have a booth and Owen, Rose, Brute and I will be there at the booth to greet you, tell you all about Brute and sell you comics, merchandise and perhaps even some original art. That’s up to Owen, but heck if he won’t, I will! (didn’t say it’d be good art) Co-vid permitting, of course, but currently it’s still a go. Limited edition means they are capping the number of attendees to prevent overcrowding, so don’t wait to get your tickets.

In order news:

• Art is done for Brute #2! Currently with our wonderfully talented colorist Brooke.
• A two-part, abridged version of Brute #1 will appear in the pages of YEET! anthology comic (don’t know when exactly, but soon).
• And we have some more surprises planned as well, but it’s too soon to talk about them yet, but stay tuned!
